Participants are asked to register via the online registration platform [http://confer.maich.gr/registrations/MEDFORUM2022]
Registration deadline: 15 November 2022
Extended to Monday, 28 November 2022 for on-site participation.
Extended to Friday, 2 December 2022 for online participation.
Participation fees: In order to enable the participation of as many people as possible, there will be no registration fee.
Accommodation grant
CIHEAM will offer free dormitory accommodation during the conference to a limited number of applicants whose abstract is accepted by the Scientific Committee of the 4th MEDFORUM. Priority will be given to PhD students; if space is available, some young researchers (within five years of the end of their terminal degree or the end of their postdoctoral appointment) may also be granted a free room if they do not have other funding that would cover accommodation, and they meet the eligibility criteria.
Applicants should be nationals of CIHEAM countries (Albania, Algeria, Egypt, France, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Malta, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey). Preference will be given to participants from non-EU countries of CIHEAM. MEDFORUM’s Scientific Committee will make final decisions about abstract acceptance and eligibility for grants.
How to apply
Complete the online application form (in English) and read the privacy policy by October 15 October 30, 2022. Attach a one-page CV, your abstract for the conference, and a scanned letter from a supervisor or department head indicating that you are a PhD student or young researcher in good standing, and that there is no funding available to cover your accommodation expenses for MEDFORUM.
